Player Pathway Programs
The C1 journey is built around four core programs that grow with the player, from their first touch to professional preparation. Each stage is purposefully designed to develop technical ability, game intelligence, and the mindset required to perform at the highest level.
From our Juniors (8–9) and Foundation Plus (10–12) programs focused on skill, creativity, and coordination, to the Advanced Development (13–15) and Elite Pathway (16+) stages that refine tactical understanding, professionalism, and performance, every step follows the same philosophy: discipline, belief, and identity.
Under Kevin-Prince Boateng’s direction, our coaches ensure every player develops the focus, work ethic, and values needed to progress through competitive environments and prepare for opportunities both within Australia and abroad.

C1 tournaments and competitive fixtures provide the platform where development meets performance. Players test their skills against strong opposition through local and national academy leagues, showcase events, and select international opportunities, gaining valuable match experience and a competitive edge.
Each match is more than a game — it’s part of our holistic model designed to challenge players under pressure, foster teamwork, and prepare them for the demands of professional football.
